Your own app, in your colours.
Not a login to someone else’s.
With your own colours, logo and address, your-club.programmio.com.au, it is the club’s app, not someone else’s. That’s what gets members actually using it: the sessions, the gear, and the credentials and recurring compliance that keep it all going. Programmio, the whole club’s operations in one place.
Why us
Same club, same week. The only difference is what it takes out of everybody.
Members, parents and students
They turn up knowing what’s on, what to bring, and that the gear is ready for them.
Said multiple times, heard by nobody.
due when??
check school bag
about the bus
Told clearly, ahead of time, and what’s fit to use.
What’s on, what to bring, which group they’re in and whether the gear is even available. All in the place they already look, without scrolling back through a chat to find the detail.
One message, one squad
It stays with the item

The week, ahead of time
Secretaries, committees and heads of sport
Spend the time on what you love, not on the admin.
The nights a volunteer never gets back.

due the 30th
Open one screen and the answer is already there.
What has to stay current, what the club owns and what it’s worth, and every job still open. The evening you were going to spend rebuilding a spreadsheet is an evening you get back.
Every job still open
What has to stay current
What you own, and what it’s worth
Equipment and maintenance
The gear your club turns up to use.
A member wants it to work. A treasurer needs to know what it’s worth. One register does both. Here is a single item, start to finish.
- 01It goes on the register
Model, year, serial and insured value, recorded once. Club-owned, or a member’s own gear they’ve asked to have listed.
- 02It gets claimed for a session
Whoever is running Tuesday puts people into it and claims it. If another session already has it, they’re told, and never blocked.
- 03Someone finds it broken
Reported from where it stands, on a phone, with a photo. It goes to whoever fixes things, not into a group chat at 9pm.
- 04It goes out of service
Nobody can claim it. No crew turns up on Saturday to find out the hard way.
- 05A job exists, with a name on it
An owner and a date, sitting on the actions list until it’s closed. Not remembered, recorded.
- 06The register is still right
When the insurer asks in March, the whole list exports with values, current to that morning. Nobody rebuilds a spreadsheet.
Every club has something broken right now. Usually nobody finds out until someone goes to use it.
The moment it breaks

Flagged on the register
So nobody turns up expecting it
Why this is different
Most club apps are a diary with a chat window. The part that keeps a committee awake is the part they leave out.
Incidents, risk, maintenance and expiring credentials are the club’s legal spine, and they are the reason a volunteer secretary lies awake. They are built in from the start here, in Australian terms, not sold as a module later.
- 01Working with vulnerable people registrations tracked and flagged before they lapse.
- 02Incidents and near misses reported at the time, by the person who was there.
- 03Every action carries the name of who did it and when they did it.
- 04Policies and documents held with review dates, so the version people see is the current one.
- 05An asset register with model, year and insured value on every item, including members’ own gear where the club chooses to list it.
Your club, not our brand
It arrives already looking like yours.
Your name, your colours, your logo, on your members’ home screens. Pick a club, then move through the app.
Now showing
Kestrel Rowing Club
Every screen carries the club’s colours. Every title is the club’s own word for the job. A member who belongs to three of these uses one account for all of them.
Compared with what you use now
A group chat tells everyone at once. A team app runs the diary. A membership platform takes the registrations. A spreadsheet holds the gear. Programmio joins them together and gives you back the time to do what you love.

$33 a month, including GST
That is $396 a year for the whole club. For a 50 member club, that is less than $8 per member per year, and it only gets better as you grow, because we never charge per member. That is the whole price list. No setup fee, no tiers, and no cut of what your members pay you. The first month is free, and if it isn’t for you, your member register, asset register and incident history all export on the way out.
